Welcome to National Nutrition!

As you can tell from our name, we’re available to natural health product shoppers across Canada (and the rest of the world) – but also locally through our retail warehouse outlet in Orillia, Ontario. We’re no stranger or newbie to the health food industry either; we founded National Nutrition in 1996 to bring quality nutritional supplements through our mail order catalogue – as this was before the internet – to customers across the country. And through a lot of hard work and the dedication of our customers to improving their health, the rest is history. Today we’re one of Canada’s largest retailers of natural health products.

Customer Service Assistant Manager

About You

Responsibilities
Customer Service Management

  • Maintain highest level of friendly, helpful service to our customers
  • Train employees on company/department procedures including policies, rules & regulations and expectations
  • Resolve escalations and troubleshoot customer issues. Go above and beyond for customers regarding products and service

Call Center Management

  • Call center management including monitoring agent performance. Provide regular (daily, weekly, monthly) reporting to COO.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the department related to technology, software/hardware and systems.
  • Motivate and coach employees in soft skills and proper call handing etiquette and volume

Human Resources

  • Scheduling, recruiting, performance evaluations, rewards, recognition, discipline and termination.

Natural Health Industry Knowledge
